The main factors in hair colour fading is: washing your hair, heat tools, and the sun.

The more you wash your hair, the faster it will fade. Also important to note is what you're washing it with, strong detergent based shampoos will fade it the fastest. The less heat you use on your hair the better, and if you really love tongs, flat irons, etc heat protection is a must! It really does make a difference when it comes to hair colour longevity. We recommend Dressed Up by Hairstory.
